Return / Exchange Window

Standard: 30 days after delivery

Holiday: Orders placed 15 Nov – 31 Dec
→ 45 days after delivery

Return Conditions

  • Unworn, unused, and unmodified items only.
  • Original packaging required, including the watch box, shipping materials and the protective plastic wrap (cling film) still wrapped on the watch.
  • Straps must be unused; damaged or incomplete returns may incur additional fees.
  • Please return the item using the original shipping box whenever possible.

Fees & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Approved returns will be refunded minus a non-refundable restocking fee of $18.00 AUD .
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

Each order is eligible for one exchange. You are responsible for return shipping. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item to you. No restocking fees will be deducted.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Email service@mavenwatches.com with your order number.
  • We reply within 48 hours with instructions and nearest return address based on your location.
  • Ship with your preferred carrier and send us the tracking number.

Full return warehouse address will be provided by email based on your location. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. Please use a trackable service.
